My eldest son is taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management course.  Here’s what he learned from their Basic Fruit Carving class.

    Kudos to your son! That is a wonderful skill/art to learn – I would love to know how to do that – at the place where I went to Easter Brunch last year, the fruit and veg carvings were very memorable.
